THE ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION
Blue State Digital was hired by the Rockefeller Foundation to support its centennial program with a full-scale digital campaign and to help launch its inaugural Innovation Forum with a digital strategy to engage a global audience. As lead strategist, I conducted archival research, wrote copy for the website, emails and social media, developed infographics, live tweeted the Innovation Forum, and created a digital communications program that engaged millions of people worldwide.
One month after launch, the Facebook fan community had grown from 1,000 to 16,000.
The Innovation Forum engaged 2.3 million Twitter users and the video livestream reached 16,000 unique audience members.
The Centennial website and email program was the Rockefeller Foundation’s most successful digital campaign to date, engaging millions of audience members worldwide.
